The interview process was fast. I applied online first then I completed a short number of questions about my degree and skills. After that, I was sent a link to submit a video interview within 1 week of applying. I was then invited to their assessment center remotely through Microsoft Teams. The assessment day consisted of:
- Welcome presentation
- Group Interview (exercise on how to survive on a boat selecting 7 important items from a list)
- 1 hr Interview (5-minute presentation about why they should hire me and the remaining time consisted of interview questions)
