Sage interview questions

A reasonably efficient interview process after applying online. - Initial chat and phone screen with a member of the recruitment team, standard screening questions. - Secondary phone screen with a Principal Software Engineer from the team I would be joining, focusing on skills and knowledge (30 min). - Onsite interview split into two back-to-back sessions, first session with the SW team leader and a Principal engineer, focused on past experience and relevance to the role. Second session with management focusing more on competency based questions and suitability to the company. 2 hours overall. 2 weeks in total between applying online and receiving and offer.
