Trois entretiens : opérationnel , RH et DSI. Cela s’est déroulé sur un mois et demi. Après une restructuration et d’énormes enjeux , ils étaient à la recherche d’un « couteau suisse »... au début aucun test technique n’était requis, ce qui m’a un peu surpris... et puis le DSI n’était pas à l’aise avec cela. Bref , un poste de management sans équipe en propre...et un fais-tout sans les moyens ? Bref, je me suis rendu disponible, j’ai joué le jeu mais en face c’était pas fait play. Aucun retour par la suite. Sachant que c’est pas nouveau : à SG, si vous êtes inintéressant après un entretien : on vous oublie , tant mieux pour eux. Faites votre chemin.

I had a phone interview with an HR representative and then got invited to their interview event in Boston, MA. At this event there was a networking hour the night before, and interviews and a plant tour the following day. The interviews were 10-15 mins long and you interviewed with three different people, whom work at different locations.
