Contact 1 mois après la candidature, entretien 3 semaines plus tard. Sur site, 3 entretiens à la suite: n+1 n+2 et rh. Peu de questions techniques, discussions autour des expériences précédentes scientifiques et managériales. RH difficile avec test de personnalité effectué au préalable. Ils cherchent à voir s'il on peut rentrer dans le moule saint-gobain.

After an initital telephone interview, the interview at Saint-Gobain was a good overall experience. To begin with, everybody introduced themselves and questioned started about CV details. Many questions aimed at the intrinsic motivation for this job and how projects are handled and organized, especially under a high workload. In the final phase, I was presented more details about the position and was allowed to ask questions.
