Salesforce Marketing interview questions

Within a week of applying online, I was contacted by the recruiter and had a pleasant phone screening with her. Within a week, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. A week later the recruiter emailed asking for my availability for an on-site interview. Then no word from the recruiter for two weeks. After I finally made it on-site for a series of interviews, I was told I'd hear back within a week. But nothing. Week after week the recruiter showed no initiative in reaching out to me. And every time I reached out to her, she promised an answer within a couple days. This happened literally 6 times. I had an excellent experience interviewing with the entire team, but the lack of respect and organization from the recruiter was unbelievable. If you need more time to make a decision, just say so. Why promise something you can't deliver? Why promise something you can't deliver 6 times?

Interview process went extremely smoothly. Everyone was very transparent. They kept open communication throughout the entire process, making sure I knew next steps and expectations. It was truly the best interview experience I’ve ever had.
