The process was pretty smooth. I got a call from the recruiter and was offered within a week so things move fast if you're scaling well in the interviews. The hiring managers were really nice to talk with.

The interviewers were professional, but the overall hiring process lacked communication and follow-through. After multiple interviews, I was told I would receive an update within a few days, but no update was ever provided despite follow-ups. Candidates invest time preparing and interviewing, so clearer communication and timely closure would greatly improve the experience.
