Employee referral! Thoughtful, personable recruiter. It was abundantly clear that the hiring manager was surprised and uncomfortable. The hiring manager talked about themselves and did not ask a single question about my professional experience or background. Not one! It was very clear that my face wasn’t what the hiring manager was expecting. Frankly, the entire thing was just maddeningly unfortunate and deeply uncomfortable.

Very structured application process. Starting with some technical screening, interview with the hiring manager and two technical interviews diving into some coding exercises. All the interviews were around one hour.
