Shopee Marketing interview questions

HR were nice and friendly. They called me after second interview and said I was shortlisted. So they did the reference check on me and they come back again within 1 day to ask me whether I'm okay with the salary offer or not. I have nego with them but end up they used 4-5 days only get back to me that they decided not to hire me due to some reason. Would suggest to shopee is only do reference check when you confirm want to hire the candidate. After you done the reference check with my ex and current colleague , my current company knew that I'm looking for job and it has put me in the really bad situation.
