I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2017
Interview
The process was really streamlined and efficient. Overall it took just over a month including phone interviews, assignments, and an on-site interview with multiple Slack employees in different roles. The follow up on each step of the journey was always prompt, positive, and provided me with constructive feedback. I was honestly blown away by the warmth and attention to detail I experienced during the recruiting process and will continue to rave about it for a long time to come! Slack's reputation as a fair and caring employer has really matched my experience. Excited to come aboard.

Interview
Really bad experience. Recruiter thinks she is company's CEO and can screw up entire interview process.Thats what happened to me as well.
Hiring manager was really nice and patient though.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Lengthy interview process which seemed due to part to a team who didn't know what to do, a recruiting team that was just going through the process, and overall lack of follow-through
