Very simply interview, easy questions. After the interview you take a little culinary test than that test is graded by the chef. The interviewer will let you know if you passed or not.

It was a comfortable and homely experience. The person that interviewed me was a nice, laid back person. By the time he finished telling about the company and the many different opportunities, you kind of what to take the job.
