More of a conversation about what my experience was, my availability, my preference, uniform, a tour and explaination of the training I would need to do. Very relaxed atmousphere and staff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (São Paulo, ) in Aug 2023
Interview
Foi um processo muito bom, mas na etapa final não houve retorno, até tentei contato com a recrutadora, mas ela não me retornou, o que foi negativo, visto que estava gostando muito de todo o processo
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sodexo (Matosinhos, Oporto) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interviewed for a P2P / Process Improvement role at Sodexo Business Services Porto. The process involved several rounds with local HR, the potential manager, language validation, global stakeholders, and Italy-side stakeholders. The interviewers were generally professional, and some conversations were positive. However, the process became very prolonged, with repeated delays and shifting ‘final’ stages. After the last panel interview, I was told feedback would follow, but no formal closure was provided, and the role later disappeared from the careers portal. Overall, the role appeared real and relevant, but the recruitment process felt slow, fragmented, and poorly closed from a candidate-experience perspective.
