De sollicitatieprocedure heb ik als erg prettig ervaren. Ik had eerst één gesprek waarin ik een aantal cases kreeg om te behandelen. Dat vond ik erg leuk, omdat je zo meteen een goed beeld krijgt van de business. Het kantoor zag er leuk uit en het gesprek zelf was inhoudelijk sterk en leerzaam. Het tweede gesprek kon snel worden ingepland, wat ik erg waardeerde. Ik moest op korte termijn een beslissing nemen over waar ik wilde gaan werken en daarin werd goed meegedacht door het bedrijf.
