This is specifically for the LAX airport. HR or a current supervisor will interview you. They will ask you basic questions, which I have placed below.
If they will consider you, they will give you a call, have you come in, fill out paperwork and give you a quick tour of the lounge and introduce you to the staff.
They will send you the badging office, the badging office will run your background and ask you questions about the video that Sodexo will show you.
Once you have received your badge, your general manager will schedule you and will give you the information needed to get your parking pass. I would recommend choosing the south lot or the west lot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, ask you about your previous experience, etc.
They will ask you if you are ok with parking in the staff parking lot (which is about 5 - 10 mins away from the airport and taking the shuttle to the airport (which can be a deal-breaker, the process to can take up to an hr - you also have to go through TSA).
They will ask basic bartending questions - how to make basic drinks.

Easy phone interview! I didn’t have to go in for a second interview! He only asked a few questions. Make sure you research about the security services in the company!
