Very good nice people understanding of current covid situations willing to work with schedule. Give plenty of hours and lots of opportunity to grow within the company once you get in
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (Rockville, MD) in May 2021
Interview
Extensive Process with Recruiter and Hiring Committee.
Questions were standardized for all applicants and focused on what if situations without a lot of details. Part of the process was disturbing in that they focused on experiences that appeared to be age related. These were also evident in the "qualifying" pre-interview phases (mandatory - what year did you graduate, etc.). Interview was as expected and I was told that I would hear back within a week but wasn't contacted. When following up with the recruiter several weeks later, was told that I was too experienced. (This happened during other interviews with Sodexo that I had for similar positions)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sodexo (Singapore) in Jan 2019
