There was initial contact by an HR representative at the beginning of June 2020, followed by another phone screen with HR three days later which then needed to be rescheduled by Sodexo. From there I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager whom changed the titled of the position to a Business Analyst. June 13, 2020 I had a Virtual Microsoft Team meeting with hiring manager & peer. Neither of them turned their cameras on but I did, so I hear them but not see them. However, they could hear & see me just fine. What was more perplexing is that on June 16, 2020 I was informed that I needed to come on site for an in person interview with the hiring manager, a peer, & another manager. They were 45mins late to the interview & none of them wore face masks or socially distant in the conference room. I was the only one that wore a mask.

Question 1
How did you handle Stakeholders with conflicting needs?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo in Oct 2020
Interview
Phone screen by interviewer - very basic walk me through your resume information. Was told that the hiring manager would follow-up, but was ghosted by recruiter and hiring manager who never called.
There seems to be a disconnect between the hiring managers and recruiters, leading to a waste of time on both ends.
It was rather easy and quick, I got the job two days later. I was then sent to training and then I met up with my manager. The process took about 1 or 2 weeks.
