Phone interview with recruiter was fairly quick, basic, pre-screening questions. Received phone call from hiring manager, following phone screening. The interview with the hiring manager was through video-standard interview process, typical situational/open-ended questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sodexo (Belton, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
There was one online application then an interview. My first interview was with the catering manager and the second was with the general manager. They asked similar questions and the first interviewer sat in the second interview. My interview was more about them telling me what the position was going to be like then them actually asking me questions. They often emphasized the fact that even though I was going to be a marketing coordinator I would have to wear many hats.
