Very innovative questions about how would I solve problems about time managing and how would I relate with other coworkers. They wanted to know if I was able to handle to work under pressure. They confirmed I was able to speak and understand English very well because they need me to talk effectively with clients, managers and such.

Question 1
If there is a project, but suddenly you notice you wouldn't be able to finish, what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sodexo (Burlington, ON) in Jan 2015
Interview
5 Interviews, took 4 months, unorganized, too many levels asking questions, same questions repeated each time, first HR, then manager, then manager's manager, so on and so forth. Was resigned that I did not have the job then called in for another interview with a manager that had nothing to do with the department.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo (Kingston upon Hull, , , Engeland) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview was more of a chat, i got the feeling I'd basically got the job already at this point unless I really messed up the interview. It was easygoing, friendly and straightforward.
