There was a phone screening. That was pretty short and the person was very nice. Then there was a panel interview over Teams, round robin style. That was about an hour. The second interview was in person at the facility and was considerably shorter than the panel interview. The in-person one was more like a meet and greet where each person you met had just a couple of questions.

It was chill. They asked a few questions about my experience and basically gave me the job right on the spot. There were no extra things I had to do in order to get the job secured. It was and still is a very simple process.
