Sodexo interview questions

Tedious, poor interview techniques and questions. If I recall the process was four stages, screening, first, second, and a chat. No comment from either Sodexo or recruitment agency which I feel is the height of ignorance.

They ladies who interviewed me were lovely & it was a standard interview process, nothing too difficult or too easy. They didn’t get back to me though, I had to chase and chase and finally got hold of someone around 4 weeks later. I knew I didn’t have the job as they told me they would be in contact a week after the interview. I travelled quite some distance and put a lot of time and effort into prepping, only to not be contacted at all. You should always tell someone they haven’t got a job instead of ignoring them. Very poor from Sodexo.
