Sodexo Senior Manager Operational Support interview questions

Build an on-line company profile, complete on-line questionnaire and attach a resume for the position. Was notified by HR Senior Recruiter and scheduled for phone screen. During that process the representative confirmed all the position requirements and asked discussed salary requirements. At the end I was notified I would be passed on to the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager (VP) contacted me directly and interviewed me over the phone.
