I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Jul 2015
Interview
Had Phone Interview, Then Face to Face, Was Told It would be another phone interview with one of his current employees. The person that conducted the interview was extremely cocky and full of himself and you could kind of tell that you were not in his circle the entire time. I was sent from an outside agency and wonder if that led to me not getting an offer and his attitude because he brought it up in the interview.

Interview
I heard from a senior recruiter about 1.5 to 2 weeks after I summited my application. She asked if I was still interested int he position, I told her yes. She seemed really nice and said awesome she would just need to talk to me real quick ask a few questions and then hopefully get me in front of a hiring manager. I told her awesome sounds great. She asked what time works for me. I told her I had the rest of the day free (it was about 11:45) as well as the next day. She said great she had an appt at 1pm but it shouldn't take long would a little after 1 work for me. I told her it would (I assumed she meant the present day), she said she would email me a questionnaire as soon as we hang up and if I could get that done before we talked that would be great. I told her no problem. We hung up. She did not email me the questionnaire until about 1:20 I thought that was odd as 1:20 is "a little after 1" to me. I filled it out took me about 30-45min it consisted of interview type questions like "why would you make a good fit at tmobile" "where did you hear about tmobile" etc. I emailed it back and told her I looked forward to talking to her. I waited by the phone till 4:00 with no call. Wondering to myself that maybe she said tomorrow at "a little past 1" since i did say that tomorrow also worked for me, I emailed her asking if we had scheduled for today or tomorrow. No response. Next day i waited by the phone till 2:30 no call. I emailed again asking what was up thought we had an appt for either today or yesterday etc. no response. Next day no call I this time called her she answered said sorry things came up. (Even if things came up a quick email response would of been nice.) No problem I said. She said she still needed to talk to me for about 10min but it would have to be for today be cause she will be gone next week. She called me back in about 45min and we had a very brief conversation. After she said she was going to forward me on to the hiring manager game me his name some tips and advise etc. Told me if i did not hear from the manager by Monday to contact her. Monday rolled around did not hear from the manager. I emailed the recruiter but she is out of the office for a week got an auto replay back with another persons email saying "I will be out of the office till bleh. If it cant wait till i return please email so-in-so." So I did... no response. I logged in to the tmobile job page just to see what the status said of the application and it reads. "Unfortunately, you have not been selected for this role." not sure if thats because maybe its timed out or if that was selected manually. All in all a pretty unprofessional experience. To bad too because I was kinda excited for this position.

Interview
I first did a phone interview with the hiring manager and then came in to do an in person interview with the hiring manager. After that I did a ride along with a rep on the team where there was a lot of door-to-door prospecting. I then had an interview with the regional manager before doing another field ride with the hiring manager where we went door-to-door.
