I was asked to describe a time when I overcame an obstacle, a time when I made a difficult decision with very little information, and why I think I would be a good addition to the team.
Very straightforward and quick. Nothing too complicated and very informative. You really learn a lot about the company and you really get to express yourself. Overall, very good process for a large company like this.
In-person interview and one-on-ones with the team members. Super friendly and easy process and the conversations were all casual. No phone call screening because it was from a connection. The whole process was decent and quick.
