Question 1
There wasn't any hard questions- everything was straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Temecula, CA)
Interview
The interview process is fairly basic. I had to take an online assessment that presents basic common sense sales and customer service related questions, followed by one interview, and then a background check. If there aren't any discrepancies with your employment history or felonies, you will receive a phone offer, followed by an over night shipped formal offer letter. The interview was with the store manager of the location that I applied for. Since being hired I had worked at multiple stores and learned that the hiring process can be somewhat discretionary based on the manager. If it is a high traffic store with a lot of applicants, the possibility of a 2nd/3rd interview is very likely to whittle down candidates to the best possible picks.

Question 1
All questions are customer service/sales/basic ethics related. "Tell me about a time that a customer or client was unhappy with you or your company, and how did you handle the situation".
