Interview
I was told to do a short test testing customer service and math. I was then interviewed by my would be team leader. After that I had to answer simple logistical questions by the head of logistics. After that I had talked to the Human Resources manager and entered info for a background check. After that I was told I would have the job if the background check went okay.

Interview
They were considerate of my time by having all the interviews back to back, and not having me leave and call later to schedule another interview with someone else. They did however book multiple interviews at the same time with not all the managers ready to take us at their interview times.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Winona, MN) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process was quite simple, started with an online assessment of your personality traits, followed by a phone interview, ending with an in person interview. The online assessment seemed a bit technical for the position applied for, it was a lot of guessing how i thought they wanted the answer. As for the on the phone and in person interview they were quite straight forward and seemed to be more of a "meet your employer" type of thing where they simply were making sure i was fit for the job.
