I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Virginia Beach, VA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was quick . I applied and was called within a week. They took me into a back room where I had 2 interviews in the same day. After being questioned I was offered the position on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Trumbull, CT) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was actually pretty standard they asked you the normal questions that you would get on any interview. I originally went in for the flow team member position and because they felt that I was over qualified for that position they offered me a position as a GSA. my overall experience was pretty amazing because of the fact that they felt putting me in stocking would have been a waste of my abilities so they went out of their way to offer me a position i had not originally applied for.

Question 1
describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Hadley, MA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Pretty standard questions. Two back-to-back interviews and a retail math skills test can be expected. I only had the interviews. The staff was supposedly busy, I had to wait a while for my interview, and I didn't get the math test. Unsurprisingly, I also didn't get the job in spite of its reputation for being the easiest possible interview.
