I appeared as an fresher and some were present having experience in addition.Preference is same for every one arrived.The process took place in chennai at Anand institute of technology.It was an of-campus drive and a total of 4k were present for the drive.The process took 2 days for some one and some got their process done in a single day. The mandatory percentages 60 in matriculation, 70 in plus 2, 60 in graduation There are totally four rounds as other companies does at the time of selection. They will provide a registration number which you need to make a note for future reference till you receive offer letter. 1.Online aptitude test which consists of 7 separate divisions in which we need to score at least 50% in each and every section and on saving and submitting your answers if you meet the cutoff you will get a popup in the computer saying "CONGRATULATIONS" and to go on with the other process. NOTE :Quantz (percentages,trains,speed,boats and stream e.t.c), Verbal, Comprehension, logical reasoning (seating arrangement) There is no negative marking and attempt every thing in the specified time.My suggestion for attempting this round is check and select the division in which you are good at and attempt without wasting time. 2.Picture Description :We need to type a passage based on the picture in the given 15 minutes and then the results were declared.At the initial stage of writing first have a clear idea what you are going to write and start with a heading adding three paragraphs as body. NOTE: Choose simple words without spelling mistakes If you clear this round you will be called for Technical interview.Before attending technical round you are requested to have your certificates starting from matriculation, plus 2, graduation and a copy of your resume with the registered number written on it. 3.Technical:After greeting interviewer he asked me to take my seat and the questions are HR:Tell me about your project? ME:I gave a brief explanation about my project. HR:Tell me about "PRE" tag in HTML? ME:Used for formatting HR:Tell me about SDLC? ME:I explained HR:Tell me any one type of software methodologies? ME:I explained waterfall model HR:He asked me about java OOPs concept(interfaces)? ME:I explained every thing about interfaces and its implementation. HR:You will go with Developing or Testing? ME:As i'm a fresher i will go with any of those with sufficient training. HR:Will you work in night shifts? ME:Yes HR:Will you relocate any where within india? ME:Yes HR:I'm done with you 4.After that results were declared and the next round HR is so easy and no need to act smart, feel free answer without messing up answers. HR:Do you know Java? ME:yes HR:You are from ECE then how come you know about java? ME:I did a course on Software testing both manual and automation(selenium), where scripting is done using java. HR:What is your father doing? ME:Business HR:Will you relocate any where within india? ME:Of course HR:Any queries from your side? ME:Process is good but not in a sequential way, coordinators are getting confused and messing up the lists making the process clumsy. HR:So sorry for things happened and i will try not to make this happen again and I'm done with you As i came out of HR room results got declared and they informed me that i will get a mail within a day, week, month. As they said I got a mail within 3 days and i filled using my registration number and password. In that form we need to give our personal details like Aadhar number, Pan , Passport(not mandatory), Location(pune,bangalore,chennai,hyderabad,Noida,mumbai e.t.c), any certification courses. They also informed me that offer letter will be issued for those who filled the form using the link which i got in the mail within the prescribed time because link will expire. Now i'm waiting for Offer letter.
