TEch Mahindra recruitment drive for Freshers 2015 Batch Interview Process 1)Apptitude 2)Hr Round it was conducted on 6th feb 2015 at 9 pm I reached the venue before alloted time with my friends.we were in 3rd batch first round started at 2pm i easily cleared first round.i was waiting for next round my time came at 6pm.I went 2 the room he told me 2 seat.he asked some questions about me and company. we connected well and i answered every question he asked me.It was a wonderfull experience for me.

It was a one day process and conducted in college campus. The questions asked were very basic and easy. 3 rounds were conducted. 1st -aptitude test (80%filteration)- verbal,non verbal,arithmetic and logical. More concentration on english. 2nd-technical-basic engineering subjects 3rd Personal interview - normal questions on family and future plans.
