Tech Mahindra interview questions

Interview process is good but the communication after getting selected is bad for fresher. They did not even communicate you in regular interval. And the examination process prior to joining is also not good. If you call them regarding the joining then also they will not even pick your call and email communication is also very less.

1st round - online aptitude test 2nd round - online essay typing test 3rd round - Technical test 4th round - HR round 1st round: Online aptitude, were we need to answer 170 questions in 80 minutes, quantitative was just 15, rest it was verbal. Out of 221 only 35 cleared aptitude. 2nd round: Online essay writing, once you clear aptitude you will get another 9 min to write essay, topics could be anything, like corruption in India, your role model, your favourite destination etc., Out of 35, 30 cleared Essay round. 3rd round: Technical round, no tech questions were asked to me. My 1st question was tell about yourself, 2nd question was tell about your project, 3rd question was where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years, all questions were answered and i cleared my technical round. Out of 30 only 19 cleared technical round. 4th round: HR Round, this round was really good, there was only 1 HR who came to our campus, it was already 4pm when we were done with technical round, so HR called 2 people at a time for HR round. 1st question was tell about yourself, 2nd question was about my family background, are you ready to work anytime, are you ready to relocate, are you ready to sign bond and my answer was yes for everything. Results was announced at 9pm. Out of 19, 15 were selected in the final round and my name was in the list :)
