Interview
For campus interviews - There will be a screening test which contains both aptitude and technical question. On selection there is a technical and HR face-to-face interview. After obtaining the call letter you are tested for your communication skills by asking you to write an essay.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Bhubaneshwar) in May 2014
Interview
Had 5+ years of experience as wanted a change in location.
Went to a walkin drive at 9:30 AM, and was called at the last.
People who came at 10:00 AM-12:00 PM got their interview finished at 01:00 PM. No proper process followed for interviewing. The resumes were not piled properly on a FCFS basis.
The interviewer was very humble & knowledgeable and asked relevant questions but most of them were analytical.

Question 1
There were 7 questions and all were analytical except one (Most were based on real time scenarios).
The interviewer had lot of experience and knowledge, but while giving the scenario, he did not give his complete requirement.
Had to answer the questions, by taking assumptions on what his question could be like.
I was close to his answers, but it looked like he was expecting specific answer (pin-pointed). Not sure how he could have expected this without complete requirement.
Moreover, as these are analytical questions, decision can't be taken in just 5-6 minutes. One can only have an approach to the problem.
The interviewer also gave me the answer on what exactly he was looking in my answers, but I am very much sure, that it would fulfill his specific scenario, but in a real time problem, it might be difficult to implement the same in the real world as it might impact several other usecase. I did not argue with the interviewer as it is not worth doing that.
I thanked the interviewer asked his name and left.

Interview
Initially the interview started with a skill based test.
After which there was a technical face to face round which if cleared was followed by an HR round wherein discussions pertaining to salary and job title were discussed.
