The interview process consisted of multiple stages. Initially, there was an application submission and profile screening. After that, I attended an HR screening round where my background, experience, and communication skills were evaluated. This was followed by an operations/managerial interview where questions were asked about my previous work experience, team handling, KPIs, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. The process also included discussion about shift timings, role expectations, and salary. After successfully completing the rounds, the final step was feedback and further communication from the HR team regarding the next steps.

Total duration was for 40min approx and laptops and headphones were also provided and room facility was also provided which was quite as their test required complete silence
