Tech Mahindra interview questions

The interview process was comprehensive, including three stages: an online aptitude and technical assessment, a technical interview to evaluate programming and problem-solving skills, and an HR round to assess communication, career aspirations, and cultural fit. Each stage was well-structured, with clear instructions and timely feedback. The interviewers were professional, making the experience smooth and engaging.

There were 5 interview rounds. Screening done by group discussion, written test, communication round, manager round, HR round. The interview process was long, and it took 4 whole days for all the round to be completed. Mainly because there were too many people coming for walk-in interview.
