Tech Mahindra interview questions

The interview process was fairly straightforward, consisting of a mix of technical and general questions about relevant technologies. When I joined, I came in as a Tech Lead and had only one interview round. My honest advice: negotiate your salary well at the start, ideally considering what you’d want for the next 3–4 years if you plan to stay. Salary hikes here are minimal, so it’s better to secure a strong package upfront.

Overall okay process, the interview panel was good and people from the core contract management function. Negotiations were smooth. However, the overall process took more than 3 months with no updates for weeks which was frustrating.
