The selection process consisted of three stages: a Group Discussion (GD), followed by a Technical round, and concluding with the HR round to assess overall fit and finalize the candidate.

- Personal introduction - JAM (Just A Minute) session on a given topic - Waited approximately 2 hours for the next round - Focused on role-specific questions and suitability for the process - Evaluated communication and adaptability -HR confirmed selection by the end of the day and Joining date provided.
