Tech Mahindra interview questions

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with a basic HR screening, followed by a communication assessment and a final round with the operations team. They asked about my experience, communication skills, and how I handle customers under pressure. The whole process took around 2–3 days, and the recruiters were supportive and professional throughout.
