Interview
It's a 3-round interview process at Tech Mahindra, consisting of 2 Technical Rounds followed by 1 Managerial Round.
The technical rounds generally focus on basic to intermediate-level questions related to your core technologies, along with coding challenges that test your problem-solving skills, logic, and code quality. You may also be asked to explain project architecture, database design, API integrations, and debugging approaches.
The managerial round typically evaluates your communication skills, team collaboration experience, decision-making ability, and problem-solving mindset in real-world project scenarios.
They might ask situational questions like how you handle deadlines, work under pressure, manage conflicts in a team, or deal with vague requirements from clients.
Overall, the interview process is straightforward and experience-oriented, focusing more on your practical understanding and real-time problem-solving skills rather than deep theoretical concepts.
