I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Haiderabad) in Dec 2012
Interview
The job market is always competitive when looking for good people. Companies need to realise that they're selling themselves as much as candidates are. It's important to treat people well during the interview process.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Poona) in Nov 2013
Interview
The interview process consisted of an aptitude test and technical round. The aptitude test consisted of about 100+ questions based on various topics like Time,Distance,Speed,English Grammar. The time limit for the aptitude test was just enough. My advice is that don't waste time on the questions you don't know the answer to.The technical round was little difficult with some twisted questions being asked on OOPS concepts.
