Tech Mahindra interview questions

I was interviewed for Agile Consultant role, completed 2 technical and one hr round. At the end of the interview I was asked to fill up forms for background verification and they took my previous salary slips and i was told the hr would get back in 2 days for a hiring manager telecon and then they'd roll out offer. its been 2 weeks after that and no response from the hr contact, despite various follow ups, and today I learnt they've dropped my candidature due to high CTC. Highly unprofessional HR.
