I was selected through an off campus recruitment process and got selected amongst 600 students. It was a very one day process with online assessment, face to face interview and selection by end of the day. Online assessment included both Verbal and Math questions

It was nice and they were friendly. Questions were asked to see the interest in the company and understand the goals you have to provide you with that role. They also align you when needed
