Tech Mahindra Software Engineer interview questions

The selection process consisted of four rounds. 1. written 2. essay writing 3. TR 4. HR Online Written consisted of 3 sections. Aptitude,Reasoning and Verbal of moderate level.It shows whether u are qualified or not at the end of at the end of test.If qualified u need to continue with round 2 i.e., a picture will be displayed on screen, u need to write 200 words in 15 min.Time management is important and try to end ur essay in time. Dont leave it in without conclusion or in the middle of a sentence. next round was also moderate level very few technical questions and causual interaction.The interviewer was trying to put in extra stress asking details of what u speak ,u just need to justify ur answer.The final HR round was a complete stress interview .The interviewer asked an aptitude question, a puzzle and general questions. All who were interviewed by that interviewer were completely screwed but all were selected and even i am one of them.
