Tech Mahindra Tech Lead interview questions

One technical round followed by manager ops round and finally HR round for compensation negotiation and personality assessment. Then had to follow up with HR multiple times as finally released offer 2 months after interview day. Technical round was more to assess the proficient level of skillset along with some scenarios in ETL tool and in manager round it was for personality assessment and to check if profile is right fit for opening.
