They reached me out through call and after 2 rounds of telephonic interviews in which they basically just asked for my introduction after that an online interview was scheduled in which the only questions asked were my introduction and a client based scenario question, that's it...after that they told that i was selected and asked for various documents for verification which included an employment application form which asked for my bank details and aadhar pan etc without an offer letter being generated. i don't know but it made me skeptical of the hiring team and the process.
