Quite relaxed and friendly. Took about 30 minutes. Detailing about my. Past customer skills including dealing with uncomfortable situations not necessarily to do with customers. Very friendly and empathetic interviewers

Describe a time when you overcome an uncomfortable situation with success
basic interview, fill in form, confirm a few form questions verbally, give them copy of documents they will can it, also they can make you sign into the attendance log for health and safety purposes
Pretty Chill. Competency based interview. The interviewer was pretty calm and made me feel comfortable. Talked mostly about my Cv the whole time. the interview lasted 20 minutes. Got an offer the next day.

lay back, enjoyable, very chill. The interviewer got a paper which have 3 questions and they write down your answers. So, the questions are very template, The questions that i got were: have u ever been a part of a winning team? Do you have any customer service experience? Have u ever go above and beyond for customer? They also ask about my availability (like which day every week I'm able to commit)
