Test online with a lot of situational questions
O was referred by an employee so I didnt have to go through all the interview process
The induction was really easy. Just filling out forms and watching videos about the values and the policies of the company
Interview was comfortable and friendly, manager was there on time. Asked why I want to work at Tesco and about previous customer facing roles. Explained the process and training requirements really well and had the opportunity to ask questions.
Short interview easy to speak to manager chill laid back energy very run of the mill normal questions if I do say so myself honestly nothing to be stressing over
i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
