Tesco interview questions

Straight forward usual interview techniques but twice I have interviewed for a store local to me and although I have loads of retail experience did not get the job - took a one elsewhere in the end for another retailer. Think head office select you for interview but then the manager looks like they are just going through the motions with interview and not really interested. Even though worked for tesco before and know all the rules and procedures still dont get job!

It was well structured for 8 rounds of interview. Panelists were very helpful guiding me through this whole process. It definitely gave me an exposure in terms of what the market expectations are for this role.
