If there is a couple interviews, you wait in the staff room, once its your turn the interviewer will come get you, you'll sit in their meeting room i believe and have a very laid back 1 to 1 interview. it was very simple and not a lot of pressure.
Incredibly rude person on the phone, when i told them i have weekly psychiatry appointments every monday morning, stated i am clearly unfit for the role and should look for part-time instead.
