Interview
First, you have a phone interview where they ask “tell me about a time when…” type questions. If you’re successful, you’re then invited to a FaceTime-style video call, where they ask scenario-based questions like “what would you do in this situation?” along with some basic questions about yourself , always say you want to put the customer’s experience before anything. Around two days later, they call to let you know if you’ve been offered the job, and if successful, they email you your contract. Overall, the process is quite easy and very supportive.
