Interview
I applied online, which you have to send off your CV and fill in a questionnaire. Then roughly 4 days later I received a phone call to have an interview, went along as normal, and sat in the canteen for roughly 30 minutes (I arrived way too early!) Then I was taken out to an interview room with the duty manager, lovely guy, and we spoke about availability, and then the questions begun. After these, me and the duty manager had a tour of the department, meeting people and what/how everything works.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tesco (Luton, East of England, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
A very chilled and laid-back spontaneous interview, involving me and just one other person at a local Express store. Was asked just one simple question, and then spent about an hour on the shop floor for experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tesco (Walton-on-the-Naze, England) in May 2016
Interview
Informal interview, mostly chatting about Tesco. Went through a few things such as Think 25, had about 6 questions. I've had two Tesco interviews, the first unsuccessful. However both were very pleasant and enjoyable, especially for someone such as myself who is shy and very anxious, I felt comfortable in the interviews.
