Online questionnaire, followed by a group interview. Group interview with 6 others and asked various questions about store, customer service etc. given enough time for everyone to respond. Try and speak up in first few people to show initiative. Then a relaxed conversation with 1 manager in another room asking about availability and holidays. Finally, one question with the personnel manager in another room. Then took 3 weeks to give an offer to attend the induction.

Interview
Applied online then received a Phone Interview a few days later. A week after that asked me to attend a Group Interview which consisted of team building activities then a separate one-on-one interview to finish the process. I feel that the interview process was long winded however was fairly average in terms of difficulty. I received an offer via phone around a week later.

Interview
Had an online assessment that wasn't too bad, then went on to have a group interivew which included team work activities and upselling eachother. I thought that all went really well. Then after being told I was successful in that interivew you then go on to have a face to face interview with 2 people. It was a structred interview and asked lots of usual questions that you would be expecting. I then did not even get a call about the outcome, but considering it was a month or so ago I assume I was unsuccessful.
