Interview
I filled in an application form I required at higher options in Croke Park in 5th year. I handed it in to the customer service desk in my local store. I then received a call from the Personal Manager (PM) who arranged an interview for two days after the phone call. I arrived at the store 15 minutes prior to the interview. Then two Managers interviewed me (PM and duty manager). The PM asked me questions and the duty manager wrote down the answers. Later that day I got a call to start the next evening.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tesco (Portlaoise) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a call a few days later asking me to come in for interview. The interview took place with two people, one who wrote down my answers and the other who asked the questions in order to be actually have a conversation with me and notice body language. The interview was the easiest I've had so far, and the interviewers were absolutely wonderful. The lady practically walked me through it, asking a question and then stopping to explain the question and actually giving examples. However despite this, the lady strongly suggested I had the job and that I would hear from them very soon, but I never heard from them again. The interview was in October 2015. The questions were standard interview questions and nothing unusual came up.
