There was a very simple phone conversation with the temping agency (who were hit and miss- some good, some bad), which was just checking basic stuff, followed by a face-to-face sit down with them. This was just proving right to work etc. Finally there was a sit down with two merchandising managers (only one showed up), which was a fairly informal conversation.

Applied online got a call a month later for an interview that same night, got a call 2 days later saying that i got the job and start next week.
Interview was one to one with a work sample which i enjoyed as it showed them i can do the job and i actually liked it. The interviewer was very nice always made me feel comfortable and made the process a lot more easier. 10/10

CV and cover letter, online tests - verbal & numerical, case study interview x 2, interview, final interview (with case study).
The case studies are fairly formulaic and require knowledge of statistics, general retail, some mental maths and graph sketching. The interview was also very classic and not too stretching. The people were very friendly
